Kaysian began as an intern in 2009. She was called to the Bar in 2010 and appointed an Associate that year. She was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in May 2013 and the position as Partner in 2016. Her areas of practice include Criminal Defence Advocacy, Personal Injury Law, Family Law and Conveyancing. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (cave Hill Campus) where she earned the Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) and attended the Norman Manley Law School where she received the Legal Education Certificate. Kaysian serves as a Student Mentor and is a member of the Advocates Association of Jamaica and the Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee of the Jamaican Bar Association. Kaysian is also currently pursuing a Master of Laws in International Financial and Commercial Laws at Kings College London
